I have a long background in customer service in many different roles and have always aimed to bring light to people's lives, especially if they are going through a dark period. I know what it's like to lose someone close to you and to feel unsure what to do next, and I want to be that guiding light to others who need it.

Why I love what I do:

I love to help people and having the opportunity to support those in my community in my role as an Arranger is so very special. I have been on the other side of arranging funerals before so I understand what it's like, and I want families to feel just as supported as I did. I want to deliver the same guidance and support to other families so that they have one less thing to worry about during an emotionally challenging journey.

When I'm not at work:

My four cats tend to keep me busy, as well as my accidentally propagated forest of succulents. I am involved in my local community theatre both onstage and offstage and donate plasma to Life Blood Australia regularly. I'm a sucker for a good coffee and cake at a local cafe and like to get myself comfy with a good book or a TV show/movie. If I'm not doing any of the above, you can find me snuggled up with a cat and having a nap.
